The services offered by IMA include:

Preparation of Health and Sickness Protocols
Health Protocols and Sickness Protocols are different. Health Protocols deal with the prevention of sickness and promotion of good health, while sickness protocols deal with the methods of recording absences from work due to ill health and establish guidelines and procedures on the handling of such absences.

IMA can advise on the provision of health promotion programmes such as promotion of health awareness, etc.

If your Company does not have a sickness policy, IMA can help you to formulate one bearing in mind the number of employees and particular nature of employment. If your Company does have a sickness policy, IMA will discuss the policy with you to try and identify areas where the policy might be improved.
